What a night for John Carroll University which celebrated it's 125th Anniversary with a beautiful gala filled with 530 alums at the InterContinental Hotel Cleveland, Ohio. Conducting it's inaugural live auction, Mark Schroeder BAS and Auction brio led a bid frenzy for one elite live auction, all-expenses paid package to Dublin, Ireland to see the Blue Streaks football team play St. Norbert's College. There was also 2-club seats for the Notre Dame vs. Navy game and a round of golf for 4 at a five star resort.

The bidding raised a significant amount for the JCU Scholarship Fund.

Mark Schroeder BAS and Auction brio will conduct an auction for John Carroll University as it hosts their 125th Anniversary Gala at the InterContinental Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio. Six people will experience an expense paid trip to Ireland to see the Blue Streaks football team play St. Norbert's College in Dublin. What a night for Julie Billiart School in Lyndhurst, Ohio. The WOW factor took place at the annual Oktoberfest Auction. Guests gave generously to the Fund-a-Tuition that eclipsed last years record level and raised the bar for giving!

The live auction featured vacation spots and fine dining locations and the star was a fast and engaging bidding contest between two guests that rifled off new bids as fast as I could get the next bid level out of my mouth!

For the first time ever attempted, Mark Schroeder BAS and Auction brio will conduct a live auction during the Akron Aeros baseball game vs. Portland Sea Dogs, Sunday, June 19th at Canal Park in Akron, Ohio.

Between innings, Mark will auction some of the players game jersey's. The crowd will participate in the bidding in the box seats section behind the visitor's dugout. Bidding will be fast. The live auction will take about 90 seconds to say SOLD! Special blue jersey's will be worn by the players in support of Father's Day and support of prostate cancer research. All money raised in the auction will go to the Cleveland Clinic's Prostate Research.

The Cleveland Play House is the oldest Play House in the United States and on May 7th Mark Schroeder BAS and Auction brio conducted its final benefit auction on the stage of its home for the last 78 years. The Cleveland Play House is moving to the renovated Allen Theatre in downtown Cleveland in 2012 so they held their final benefit auction in the building at 8500 Euclid Ave.

2011 has started very strong for Auction brio clients with fundraising galas raising more money than last year. In one week in February, The CAN Council of Saginaw County, St. Joseph Academy in Cleveland and the Brecksville Broadview Heights School Foundation each raised their fundraising totals from a year ago.
