St. Gregory the Great School Kickin' It Texas Style Raising More Money with Auction brio

St. Gregory the Great School in San Antonio had run their first two auctions in their gymnasium. When they contracted Auction brio in 2014, we taught them the possibilities of enhancing their live auction, strategizing their silent auction and initiating a Fund-a-Need auction. Each auction generated more money and we were contracted for two more auctions from St. Gregory the Great.

In February, the school moved out of the gym and into the legendary Leon Springs Dance Hall. It perfectly fit the theme of Kickin' It Texas Style. The grand hall created more room for the auctions, food and later dance to a live band.

The live auction featured a beautiful Port Aransas beach home, a guided hunt in San Saba County, a gorgeous Lockport beach home and more. It was a competitive live auction that continued to the Fund-a-Need auction. The Fund-a-Need auction was to raise money for new restrooms for the young students. A humorous professional video was presented to guests and when they stopped laughing and we started asking for donations, supporters gave generously.
